Allison is a mid-western Indiana girl who “fieveled” out West to see what was in store for her. Falling in love instantly with Northern CA, she knew she was here to stay. While living in both Napa and Sonoma Valleys she developed a deep love for all things wine, food and craft beer! Recently a transplant to the East Bay area, Oakland to be exact, she is excited to keep her ties to the north and explore all there is to offer in the city by the bay.
Who fell in love with Northern California
Allison has a deep love for all things crafty and DIY. An avid cheese-maker, her weekends are spent testing out new recipes for goat cheeses and fermenting an aged gouda in her garage. Trying her hand a various at home craft beer brewing has been kept her very busy. Outside of the kitchen creations, Allison performs in a vintage cabaret theater; choreographing her own numbers and of course sewing her own costumes. Collecting vintage clothing and furniture is another deep passion of Allison’s. She can be seen on the weekends with victory rolls in her hair, full skirt and gloves going out to see the latest SF band in town.
And loves what she does
After working in the non profit world for 5 years, Allison made a big life change, leaving the daily office job to focus on social media marketing and also manage a yoga studio in Berkeley. Her days are filled with coming up with clever tag lines, editing photos, walking her “furkids”, Levi and Henry, and finding the best coffee shop to plug in at.
